The EXH-8 adds four locking XLR inputs with dedicated preamps to your Zoom H8, bringing the total mic input count to ten. Each channel has its own large gain dial, -20 dB pad, and switchable phantom power at +12V, +24V, or +48V, so it works with a wide range of condenser mics and mic activators.
It's designed for the H8 exclusively and connects through Zoom's Capsule System 2.0 interface, which means quick, tool-free swaps. If you're recording a full band, a multi-person podcast, or a drum kit with individual mics, the EXH-8 gives you the input count to handle it. Phantom power requires a micro-USB power connection to the capsule.
