Solid koa is the tonewood most closely associated with traditional Hawaiian ukulele making, and for good reason: it has a warm, complex sound with a natural brightness that sustains beautifully. The Shaded Edge Burst finish darkens toward the edges of the koa body, showing off the natural figure in the wood.

Tenor scale gives you more sustain and volume than soprano or concert sizes, and the walnut fingerboard plays smoothly across the extended range.
