Are the instruments set up before they ship?+

Every stringed instrument (guitar, bass, violin) is professionally set up by AUDIOINCLINED.'s in-house tech before it leaves the store — tuned, intonated, and action adjusted.

Can I pick up at the store or do I have to ship?+

Both. Free in-store pickup at AUDIOINCLINED. in Doral, or free shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. Most orders ship within 24 hours.

What if my child outgrows the size?+

Trade-up program. Bring back any youth-sized instrument from a Kalos bundle in good condition within 18 months and we'll credit a portion toward the next size up.

Do these come with lessons?+

Each bundle includes a free trial lesson at Kalos Music & Art School. Ongoing lessons are booked separately — your instructor will help you plan from there.

What's the return policy?+

AUDIOINCLINED.'s standard 30-day return policy applies — bundles can be returned in original condition with all accessories for a full refund. Special-order or limited-run items are final sale.
