1. Business Hours

Our school is open Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Lessons are available during these hours by appointment only.
We recommend scheduling lessons in advance to secure your preferred time.

2. Lesson Structure and Fees

30-minute lesson: $45
60-minute lesson: $65
All lessons must be purchased in bundles of Three.
Payment for bundles is due at the time of booking, and refunds will not be issued for unused lessons.

3. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

24-hour notice: To cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will not be rescheduled, and the lesson will be forfeited.
Make-up lessons are only available if the lesson is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Waiting Room Policy

We offer a limited waiting room for parents who wish to stay during the lesson.
To ensure comfort, we kindly ask parents to be mindful of space and noise levels.
Seating availability is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If the waiting room is full, we kindly ask parents to return at the conclusion of the lesson.
Parents may also choose to drop off their child and return at the end of the lesson.

5. Equipment and Gear

All required musical gear and instruments will be provided for use during lessons.
No need to purchase your own equipment, as we will provide high-quality instruments and accessories for practice.
Students must take care of the equipment provided, and any damage or loss of gear will be subject to replacement fees.

6. Student Behavior and Conduct

We expect all students to maintain a respectful attitude towards instructors, staff, and other students.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to a suspension or termination of lessons.

7. Health and Safety Protocol

For the health and safety of all students and staff, we require that sick students stay home and reschedule their lessons.
If any student or parent feels ill, we ask them to please stay home and reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information shared with the school will be kept confidential and used only for administrative purposes, including scheduling and billing.
We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

9. Liability and Insurance

The school will not be responsible for any injury or accident that occurs on the premises during lessons.
Students and parents are responsible for their own insurance coverage in the case of an accident or injury.
