Standard 30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in brand-new condition with no signs of wear. The item must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. If an item was shipped for free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Items with a 14-Day Return Window

Certain products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, including recording devices, DJ equipment, workstation keyboards, rack signal processors, and lighting or fog machines.

Vintage Instruments

Returns on vintage instruments must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:

• Clearance and discontinued items
• Apple hardware
• Opened software, books, CDs, and videos
• Turntable cartridges, tubes, and in-ear products (earbuds, earplugs, in-ear monitors)
• Special orders, custom orders, and pre-orders

• Woodwind and brass instruments incur a $15 sanitization fee upon return.
• Bows have a $4 restocking fee when returned.
• Mouthpieces under $300 incur a $4 sanitization fee, while those over $300 have an $8 fee.
